Summer 2026
Performance Training

Our inaugural program. Outdoor athletic training for athletes in grades 5–12 built to make them faster, stronger, and more confident — and make them want to come back.

We train the whole athlete. Speed, agility, strength, conditioning, and the mental habits that separate good athletes from great ones.

Location: Coughlin Park · Winthrop, MA

Schedule: Thursdays · Grades 5–8: 5:00–5:45pm / Grades 9–12: 6:00–7:00pm

Serious development for serious baseball players. No gimmicks, no shortcuts — just discipline, consistency, and the mental toughness it takes to compete at the next level.
